Been working on these for the past hour, a bit of a wildcard of a design but I'd like to know what you think. It has been designed to include bits and pieces from the new Sky News website including Blogs and discussion threads.

I think you need to spend some more time on them.

It is evident it took an hour. In fact, probably less. People spend weeks, sometimes months on their mocks - yours fail to make the cut.

I'm very surprised you spent as long as an hour on these.

I think it's a bit harsh to completely dismiss these. I agree that you should spend a bit more time refining them, as they're a bit rough and ready. They're not totally rubbish, by any stretch - they do communicate the information logically.

What a ridiculous comment - anyone can put text on a PowerPoint and convey information logically, but these are mock designs , the clue is in the title.

They were produced in Fireworks Con news.

How very unintelligent.

The fact is they look like they were thrown together in PowerPoint. My suggestion would be to tone down the colours, align the astons better and get rid of the awful UKTV font.

I shall refrain from judgement until these are revised.
