Random Idea, and would like if somebody would mock it:

On BBC World, when they hand over Katty Kay to Alastair Yates, or in situations like that, to somehow have like a big virtual handover, that looks realistic, like zooming out of the DC studio, camera panning across a virtual center like the 90's, or a newsroom other side, and themn it would be london or something. I would want it to look seamless I guess. Whaterver. Just an idea

Well, I was hoping to get somebody to mock it. It is an intresting concept I thought of.

But that would surely be implying that the two people are next to each other when really they're thousands of miles apart. Most of the tiem the news teams want to exagerate that anyway in an "ooh lookie - clever technology" way.

not next to each other, just pan across a central part of the studio that is virtual so it is a seamless transition. I'll do a CRUDE mock, I stress the crude.

i was explaining it to kram/mark. I guess you didnt notice i said crude. The big blue thing was supposed to represent both the centre of the studio, and the map of what it would be like. And I literally assembled the thing in 2 minutes, so calm down
