I have made a mock for BBC News, it's my first one so please tell me wot u think and if i should carry on. click here!

It isn't bad, though the BBC logo looks strange and also the circles need anti-alising, also safe areas.
Also use JPEG not BMP.
But unprofessional language has put me off.

Too much rings, what is going on? The globe should be BBC News (ie CGI) not real Earth.

Whilst I agree with most of that... why does the BBC News globe HAVE to be CGI? There is nothing wrong with use a real life/texture globe.

In context with the background, it looks weird that a real earth is used, doesn't it? Imagine if BBC News used a real earth, it doesn't look right.

There are no programmes whatsoever that use real earth with a CGI background.

All the more reason to be diffrent and use one then.
