My advice is not to make your first three posts new mock ideas - that is never a winner. You should focus on one mock project to begin with, use a spell-checker and compare it with reputable mocks and/or current designs, to see how they look side by side. The best bet is to ask yourself whether you could envision the mock being used on the television programme you are trying to design for - is it their style? Does it look good?

It would never work!
Safe areas ignored, BBC logo customised with bevel effect (not aloud), 'World News' unreadable in first image, one single clock is no good for an international news channel, why green, yes it's an Islamic colour, but doesn't work with the BBC, poor spelling.
There is a lot more on-screen graphics and other stuff you have forgot about, and it's good you did forget about them. 1.5/10
