Just two lil things - white paper, not carpet, and if they sent her up in the cherry picker, it certainly wasn't while we were all there!
From the other postcards it looks like they always edit in a shot of the artist taking a photo with the shot of the complete flag, so they probably used a crane shot to capture whilst everyone was there?
Crane went up twice while we were there - first time with a still camera, then twenty minutes later with the video camera. Assuming also, they won't have sent Molly up nearly as high as they did the cameraman and director - sooner them than me...
The giveaway is there is no footage of her up high from inside the basket, just from outside the basket looking up at her, which could have been done with the basket 3m above the ground.

Any word on the set this year? Oslo 2010 and Malmo 2013 have easily been the best two productions in the last decade, so I'm hoping for another Scandinavian/Nordic triumph this year in production terms. Nobody does Eurovision like these guys.
I loved the Flashmob but I have to say I really enjoyed the Smorgasbord last year too. One thing I noticed about the "downsized" contest last year is that it definitely works better as a piece of television in a smaller venue.

Surely the biggest stage since Moscow, no? Obviously not quite as big as Moscow's but certainly getting there in height terms.
Brilliant design and fits in with the logo a lot - really liking it.
