I believe ITV made a donation to the Find Maddy Fund.

Surprised even AlJazeera English are advertising a programme. "The McCann's versus the Media". AJE have never reported about Madeleine on their news programmes, except for once, and that was just about how the media are covering it, when there are lots of other missing children in Spain.

On a presentation related note the interview the parents made on Breakfast has been uploaded to YouTube...

Watching it just now I thought it was a good interview, handled very well by Bill and Sian. It seemed to be a fairly balanced interview rather than being one-sided, perhaps with the aid of questions in viewers emails being asked.

I suppose it was to be expected but I note Jane Hill is out in Portugal today, the anniversary of Madeline's disappearance.

You say that as if there's a story for anything to be added to. "MADELINE HAS BEEN MISSING FOR A WHILE. SHE STILL IS. LET'S TALK TO HER PARENTS ABOUT HOW HEARTBREAKING IT IS. AGAIN"

I see the BBC have replaced their planned showing of the film "Madeline" today with Herbie.

Well if it was up to the BBC, any presenters, reporters or guests that happened to have the first name of Madeline would be put into hiding.

It's only a bloody name and the film bears no resembelance to what happened at all.

Still a bit ridiculous that no-one noticed that it might be rather unsuitable weekend for a film with that title to be scheduled in
