There simply isn't enough time within the bulletins. One London update was a travel and weather story- no actual news.
I don't think it can be said any of the regions in the morning provide a decent service in the morning. They really should take a leaf out of the BBC's book in providing decent regional updates. They weren't much better in the GMTV days but they have become significantly worse.

GMB have made some strange decisions, but somehow I don't think axing regional news because Westcountry's clock doesn't look right will ever be one of them.
Calendar news is one of the worse in the morning also! Half the bulletin always looks at what's coming up on the 6pm programme!
If you have access to UTV Ireland, you should see their bulletins during GMB, it's literally an extended promo for Ireland Live at 5.30 and a weather forecast dragged out. This makes every other region show their bulletins in depth.
Either that or we're spoilt in Granadaland as our GMB bulletins aren't that bad.
Good Morning Britain needs to seriously consider dropping local news or getting ITV News to improve it significantly.
The Westcountry News this morning was awful (like most mornings). The clock was too small and two minutes fast. The astons were all wrong and the stories were just a complete waste of time. The GMB logo and the small 'Westcountry' text had block dots all around it (like usual).

Not the point I was making, but I appreciate you want the opportunity to give us all a witty comment.

Today is the first time that I've seen Kate and Ranvir present together. I think it's the best pairing I've seen on GMB!

I have to disagree I'm afraid. I think they are too giggly together and I think its ridiculous how they have been given senior roles over John

Personally, I find Ranvir quite annoying. She has this reoccurring habit of interrupting guests (and sometimes co-hosts) as they are answering a question and for some reason, she shouts a lot.
As we are getting into the Summer months now, it will be interesting to see if an outdoor area will be used again on the South Bank. If so, hopefully it will look a bit more presentable than last years effort.

I can't wait for the program to go back out on the South Bank. The whole thing looked pretty presentable by the last time they were out there. Would be nice if they used the same desk/table each time though.
Hopefully Susanna, Ben and Charlotte will all go out rather than Charlotte being stuck in the studio on headlines.
