On some occasions when I've been watching unofficial web streams of BBC World News, I've seen this full screen caption in Russian
appear for a few seconds before the TOTH countdown. I can't exactly put it through Google Translate, so can anyone translate it?

Really rough Google Translate app translation:
CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION MEDIA BBC World News EL FS77-48404 No 20 July 2012 issued by the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media Viewing software not recommend anyone under 12 years of age.

What I can gather from that then is Russia's equivalent of Ofcom has decided BBC World News related software is not suitable for children under 12, so they must display that message before the TOTH on the Russian feed of the channel.

That episode was the funniest ever of ALL camera mishaps on BBC News output.

Tanya Beckett should be given a Damehood.

Hilarious! Tanya and Philippa making the most of the dodgy cameras and at one point I though Philippa would be too much in hysterics to continue!

That said this has been ongoing now for way too long... surely it's time they investigate and try and stop these embarrassing camera movements happening, it's happening way too frequently!

Why is there never this much hilarity on the NC when it all goes Pete Tong! Very Happy

I think Philippa must have started cracking up towards the later part of "news in brief" section voiced by Tanya as we can hear Tanya giggling halfway through.

Thanks for that. Think you might be a bit late to the commenting party though...

How does the 1.30am (UK time) part of Newsday work technically? The domestic News Channel and World News split with the NC taking UK News from Studio C followed by playing out ABC News while World News has Asia Business Report from Singapore followed by Sport Today from Salford.

Does the Singapore studio have the facilities to do Asia Business Report completely independently of London, working into RedBee directly, or is there a second gallery involved at NBH? I always thought Singapore was a fairly simple Outside Source into Studio C with just local vision mixing between studio cameras.
