There's potential here for a new special ident on Dave this week, otherwise it's a lot of effort for a trailer!

I believe there did the same for storage hunters uk, break bumpers, promo etc but not a new ident. Lets find out.

Im sure I check the channel at the start of the month and it was still the old look, but I'll need to double check.

I've checked the corporate site, but nothing there, however I've seen they did tweet this today:

Looks like they left the 16:9 safe areas on.

I thought it was pretty recent, Twitter does seem to be the fastest way to find out about rebrands.

Dave's latest trailer for Go 8 Bit includes a homage to the Sega start-up screen from Sonic the Hedgehog. They're really hitting the nail on the head when it comes to appealing to the gamer demographic.

Is there only two idents?

There are four as shown in the ident and bumpers above (Charlee, Eric, Justice and Paul) - but as we know, there's never a full set at launch
