Is there anywhere you can buy merchandise with TV company logos on it? Especially, old ITV regions like HTV, Tyne Tees, etc.

I’ve tried Ebay, but well it’s only any good if someone had something. Google doesn’t seem to show much either and the ITV and BBC websites don’t seem to have any thing either, the BBC shop doesn’t seem to have any BBC logo branded items. I know the BBC shop used to sell them.

BBC Shops tend to sell a handful of bits of merch - mugs, pens, keyrings, etc. They're not fantastic quality, mind.. you'll often find better stuff as giveaways.

I got any of my BBC merch. in the BBC Shop in Television Centre, its probley the best. I also got a Radio 4 mug on the one nearest to Broadcsting House.

In order to go to the one in TVC go on the tour, which is well worthwhile Very Happy

Ebay seems to be the best, for vintage stuff anyway. I've won some ATV notepaper and annoyingly missed out on a Central beermat this week.

I do find stuff that i'd wished i'd bidded on, as I have a knack of always coming across things that are already finished!

Being cheeky and asking the company for stuff sometimes works. When TTTV was changing to Channel 3 North East I wrote a nice letter to the public relations department asking what would be happening to all the TTTV branded stuff... and they sent a nice bag full of pens, tie pins photos and such with the branding on.

I don't know if they still do but I think TTTV still sell stuff if you write to them, Umbrellas, t-shirts ect. (They did up to 2002 at least.)
