It was really enjoyable I thought. What made it was the interaction between the house owners, at times it was almost as if they'd convinced themselves that it was their house.
It reminded me a lot of the old panel show Tell The Truth, albeit on a much bigger scale, shades of Would I Lie to You too. Its a good play at home show (and yes me and Mrs Sands got it totally wrong)

Yes. This!
They literally all played the part of ‘Fern’ too well, but obviously that’s the point. I’m not sure what I expected, but it wasn’t that. Maybe I expected it to be more questions and answers with the panel.
I wonder how it’ll rate? Interesting new strategy from BBC One with these entertainment formats mid week. Obviously we’re all aware of how that worked out for Bank Balance....

TBF this is the sort of programming that would play midweek anyway much like The Apprentice and MasterChef

Bit of an interesting thought - next week's episode has Michael from the first episode (Fern 4).

Episode 2 synopsis posted:
They are looking for the real Michael, and at first sight of the four players, the panel are instantly thrown by a familiar face.

Interesting. He said his real name/identity when he was unveiled as a ‘fake Fern’ in episodes 1?
I cannot remember who he said he was, so do we presume he’ll be another fake in ep 2?
