Certainly not newsworthy, but IMO a bigger scandal than the whole Sachsgate thing.
The format of the show is simple - the judges have their say, then the public have theirs. A contestant shouldn't be bullied out by the judges when the public are (at the moment ) voting to keep them in.
In the end these things always correct themselves anyway - yes, John Sergeant may have survived a few more weeks than he should have, but in the past we've always seen that in the end talent is generally rewarded, and the act they just can't get rid off is gone by the final.
