I think it'll only be for people with the newer 160G boxes, with 80G for Personal Planner recordings, and 80G for on-demand services.
Sky have said exactly this in the press release on DigitalSpy.

In what way do you think it beats ntl:Telewest's service? I personally think it is the best service out, including BT's.

Whereas BT Vision has the upper hand over all (?) VoD services at present. You have total choice over what you want to watch, when you want it - then you get the normal freeview channels as well.
