Has ITV's programming quality gone downhill in recent years?

better question is WHY can't the UK have local Commercial Tv channels?

Maybe 15 is to much in these days, but you could have 6 or 7 I dare say that would work, then you would have people fighting for good programmes, ITV still get around 6millions a night Sky one would kill for that!
