No. It's been in the ITV Channel TV section since last January.

Wouldn't have missed Brass Band if it didn't come back, one of the few idents I don't like at all. The music is so depressing.

I don't think so, someone has been adding it to the ident list on Wikipedia since before Christmas, and it regularly got removed due to it not being sourced or found on any ident site. But I've never seen it before.

That ident isn't new, I remember seeing it last year. Though I don't remember it being during the winter set last time.
