ITV 2019 idents and presentation - ITV Creates

Yes, everything about that monitors installation would have been thought about and done for a reason - from their layout to what's on he screens and the positioning of the wiring.

It's never just a case of just placing a few objects on a floor and hoping for the best

The idents are still using the five segment logo, the refresh has been far less consistent than the 2013 rebrand which managed to update everything at the same time.

A different version of the logo turned up this morning, a 2013 style logo with 2019 colours and only three segments:

The 3 piece logo is only used for promos from what I can see and if that's the case then it would be consistent.

It just looks like they've used the inverted version of the logo which would normally be used on a black or dark background, as usually the 't' is black'. The 'i' and 'v' haven't changed colour. Its still the same 2019 version.

The layering effect is missing too, it's not just the colour.

To think someone's actually managed to get a social media job at ITV and thought that was a good logo to upload on a white background.

Andrea Fox was interviewed on R4's Today this morning about continuity. Annoyingly short interview but interesting nonetheless, and mentioned about the BGT breakdown last year.

Do we know who the artist are for March?

I'm assuming they'll just be announced week by week on the Monday morning. So tomorrow we'll find out the one for that week.

Is this design new? Saw it for a 10 second trail. The sections animate by folding up as you'd expect.

Doesn't look that bad.

Though gold really isn't the best colour to promote a drama about a town where almost the entire population drops like flies.
I would've chose burgundy or black.

ITV did tell us who the first 8 were in first week.
