Five News breakdown

Tonight's two minute five news summary went off-air for about a minute. The screen simply went black and sound was lost. Sound and vision returned about 30 seconds before the end.

I hate to say it....but I have a feeling that the TV armageddon is here. On the 11th minute of the 11th hour EVERY TV CHANNEL shall suddenly combust.

And you think I'm joking...

It's the test card girl trying to take over televsion and rule the world. You've seen that evil look on the clown's face...

Five News was blacked out for approx 30 secs. This does not appear to have been a fault with ITN or the link to ITN. Five was suffering intermittent distortion after the bulletin.

What happened.

Went to a report, report had no sound.

Richard chatted. Jenny complained she wasn't in shot.

Signed heads went a little awry ...

Jamcams worked, Jenny and Richard cheered on air.

Went to report again, report had no sound.
