Channel 4 - 80s themed brand elements today

Looks to be more information this week made avaliable by 4 regarding testing for HIV, including an announcement over the credits.

There was an also an LGBTQ+ pride flag sticking out of the window of the car in the Arnold Clark bumper.

What did they introduce it with this week?

Normal football in the street ident sadly.

Swear that's virtually the only ident they use now. Thought they'd dig out their rainbow ident.

I understand that this is off topic, but I just want to get this out there: I really don't like how Channel 4 handles it's webfonts.



The system they have at the moment splits one font into several sub-fonts, as you can see here.

I've noticed that there's a certain order they get split into, as well: Lowercase, Uppercase, Numbers, Punctuation, Currency, and Maths.

It's almost like they don't want to make life easy for people to steal them.

Yeah, I think that's actually pretty clever. It looks like one complete font to the reader, rather than six partial ones.
