It's official - no, really (February 2004)

Maybe it's just me, but I've never seen any mention of this on the Forum before, nor indeed any of the mass hysteria that tends to accompany such an item. Through a bizarre set of circumstances, involving - but not limited to - a sleepless night, a whiteboard marker and a wookie, I stumbled across this:

It's not a mock, it's an actual BBC News screensaver, as you can see by virtue of the fact that it's hosted by the BBC and mentioned on the BBC News website.
