The Silicon Valley Show was brilliant, a bit of old school ILR that was perfect for the time.
If I remember correctly it was on Tuesdays at 7.30pm?
Did other ILR stations do anything similar for electronics and the media - Radio West had Datarama, but I suspect with the interest in computers growing, other stations must have been doing shows along the same lines in the 1980s?
I bet those posting on here of the right age would have been avid listeners!
Radio Tirana in the 70s was on 1214 kHz, better known as 247 metres the then home of BBC Radio 1. Used to blast in over the top of them winter late
afternoons
Radio 210 used to have a weekly programme, The Silicon Valley Show. Jonathan Marks of Radio Netherlands International was also a regular contributor to that too.
