No, it's in Suffolk (just) but a great deal of the county of Essex use it for their TV reception, so it makes perfect sense to use it for this service because existing aerials will receive it ....

They quite often showed 16:9 programmes as 14:9 as a 4:3 broadcast well after 2008, presumably because they didn't/wouldn't/couldn't get new prints for widescreen programmes.
