What's up with the frame rate?
That could be it, although I wouldn't've thought my telly would have handled it quite so gracefully. I've just had a look at it with Freesat iPlayer in both standard (25p) and higher quality (50i) and quality seems to vary throughout.

BBC countryfile seems compelled to talk more about subjects unrelated to the countryside!
Country File was a PBS programme, directed for farmer and workers in the country side, not some jolly sunday night viewers
