It's a Lamicall Phone Stand. I've got one myself and it's a a good thing to have instead of your phone lying about especially when I'm at my desk at work.

Why does he need a phone with him in the studio? Only reason I can guess is it’s so he can keep up to date with news on social media?
Surprising, so the only simulcasted hour is 10:00 with Victoria or Annita?
Could it be because Washington is on air early for American Breakfast time with the Trump story? Could they be running four shifts from Washington 06:00-11:00, 11:00-15:00, 15:00-22:00 WNA and Katty 22:00-02:00?
