Odd BBC Sport opt during News at Ten

Something odd happened during the BBC Sport opt (BBC One HD) in the News at Ten.

The presenter said that Sportsday would be on the News Channel, then it just cut to a wideshot of the studio. Doesn't seem odd but the subtitles didn't match up, saying something about Tottenham Hotspur football club.

Maybe some issue to do with the clip playing out?

That's the (now rather old) filler that's used if there's a problem. Still has the last but one incarnation of the BBC Sport main set with the old logo and half of the background incomplete.

Is it perhaps something to do with the slightly unusual circumstances of the News Channel not taking the bulletin, and instead doing the Papers? As such the BBC Sport bit will have only been seen on BBC One HD, so perhaps not worth arranging for someone to read the headline out considering how few people should see it!
