Hi Pete. Still in the UAE, yes.

The coverage here is very much limited to the small segments on news bulletins on the international channels, as well as the usual World Sport and Sport Today bulletins. All in all, very much a diluted digest compared to the Olympics itself, which I think is a pity. BBC World made an effort yesterday by having Babita there, plus a few studio guests on each bulletin. But so far, nothing at all today.

Abu Dhabi Sports Channel has quite good coverage, mind you.

Cheerio, Stratford. You were fab.

Ten out of ten to the BBC's Adam Parsons, who has been there from the very beginning to the very end. Almost an athlete himself.

I'll miss this. The games were great, the studios were great, the commentators were great, Boris was great, and the list goes on... Maybe Boris can be the one to announce a rematch, eh? Wink

I wouldn't think so, because it all came through TC4, didn't it, for it to be HD?
