I found myself turning that video down during the ident of the ads - they had a remix of the bloody Herbal Essences woman in there - very disturbing and perverse.
Good. I see Sport has taken more of a backseat in the scheduling, with Business coming second and Sport third instead of the other way round, with almost half of each hour dedicated to news.
Well, a word for the new look is... inoffensive. It is very white, and the weather looks very clinical with the drab blues used.
Anything is an improvement on the new look, but whether this is a good direction for EuroNews I don't know - the news looks like some artistic channel rather than something authoritative to tune into for news. A lot more segments too about space and air travel, I noticed too.
It might grow on me, but as a whole I think it lost the little authority it did have over this relaunch.
Besides (me being picky here) but I couldn't help noticing that the little thumbnail in IE7 that appears in the address bar still houses the old look!
