Does anyone know why the Nine titles only lasted for a short period of time (compared to the One and Six bulletins - I think I am right to say they lasted right up until 1993) ?
Was it merely down to the Nine becoming a single headed programme from a double headed one?

I liked the fish-finger

titles too.
But am I the only one who actually liked the transmitter mast titles? I didn't think they were 'fascistic' at all, but looking at them closely, I can see where Lambie-Nairn got his influences. The music was excellent, though.

appears in the generic local radio breakfast show advert - regionalised in the mids for BBC CWR - no doubt it pops up else where too. the logo appears in a bubble to represent news.

I was about to say that! Shame however that it's bordered by 'NEWS' written in a cartoony font.

Yes. The transmitter is reduced to being inside a tiny bubble with cartoony lettering with a voiceover saying that 'the residents of X are still wondering when they'll get a new (cinema/public toilet/bus stop)'.

Is this the one that attempts to p***-take a shampoo advert? We've got one for Radio Humberside going out at the moment.

On the subject of logos, during a report earlier about the Queen editing row (which has been strangely absent from these forums) David Stiletto was standing outside TV Centre which was missing the large BBC logo in the extreme top left of the building.

I think the audio must be different for each one as ours is Radio Humberside's breakfast presenter. Do you have someone "delayed by a bacon sandwich" on yours?
