Please do yourselves a favour and don't bother. It's just Sky News Australia rebroadcast with an ugly logo with its proportions distorted slapped over the top to hide their branding. They must be having a laugh asking $10 a month for that.

Something tells me Stuart was thinking of Australia Network, which is now Australia Plus, when he posted this. Australia Plus is the international version of the ABC. Sky News Australia wanted to take over the channel, but were refused by the Australian government, so this is their response.
