To me, this sounds exactly the same as the previous version... No punch to this as much as the original David Lowe version.

Much better. It's still missing the "beacon" sound effects you can hear on the original:

But other than that, a great improvement. Am really looking forward to your other recreations Smile

The beacon sound effects don't feature on the South West / Spotlight titles so I didn't know they were there. Not sure how I could recreate them in garage band though

Theres a lot more drum beat in this one and theres more punch at the end.

Sadly, the Garageband file corrupted when I opened this file earlier to export it. Sad So I have recovered what I can but its a bit thin, it had a lot more instruments before Sad. But I didn't want to break my promise to you all so I thought I would upload what I had of it whilst I remake what was lost.

Feedback is welcome as always. A better version will be uploaded next week. I'll keep backups so corruption won't happen again Smile

The hard part is making the individual layers sound like the same instruments/samples/synth that David Lowe developed.

I have added a bit more punch to my BBC Breakfast theme remake and finished off the ending and added a couple more tracks. This is still not finished but I wanted to show how I had improved it this week.

when you get into the headline after title music, it sounds really good to me, sound a bit 8-bit

I really like these and enjoy viewing your updates. Sounds great. How about recreating some other programs such as GMB V1 - did it on a keyboard the other day and so could be a fairly simple one , but sound great if you get the instruments right. Look forward to more
