Central News East Theme 1991-1994

I am trying to find out what the name of the Central News East Theme, as used between 1991 and 1994 is called.

I have been told that it was stock music and was on an album (not a commercial one), but am curious to know if it had a title/name.

It's called 'Crisis Point' and was composed by Dave Hewson - album ATMOS14.
