TV Forum: New for (the middle of) 2020

Despite some recent debates, I personally think the forum is still ending on a high. That list is actually quite an impressive record of how on-topic the most popular threads have been!

It's also impressive how many of the threads are from recent years - shows how active the place still is.

Might be a good idea to move the light/dark theme toggle to the footer and have it set by cookie after the forum goes into read-only mode, so that we can still toggle preferred theme if ever scrolling through.

Now it just feels like clocks have gone forward more than an hour, and instead right to December 31st!

A few bugs need to be ironed out, but as far as I've seen, it seems like we're in for a good time with TVLF

I click on TV Home Forum for example and it pops up in the middle of the screen, it's happened twice so far today.

Oh! Certainly haven't had that behaviour, and surprised to hear it of Google Ads (I think?).
