Users of the platform will understand my question. Is SS Box Office subject to the same stuttervision as the live SS channels on the NOWTV get with fast action shots? I notice the image posted is Dogged 'HD' unlike normal SS content.

I don't think any of the NowTV streaming stuff is >25Hz (whereas most sport on regular TV is 50Hz in the UK)
SS Box Office is provided via a different 'App' on the platform, that's why I'm asking, to see whether that app and it's feed are handled different from the NOW TV one.

All I know is Sky Sports Box Office for NOW TV and online customers is provided by an external company, NeuLion, who are contracted to provide the service, as well as payment for NOW TV and online customers.
What is marketed as HD is really FHD. You'll find some US channels that use 'real' HD at 720/30 like Fox News or HLN.
In the US 720/59.94p is used by ABC, ESPN and Fox for their 'HD' output. NBC, CBS and PBS use 1080/59.94i for their 'HD' output. (Some affiliates of 1080i broadcasters cross convert to 720p to reduce bandwidth as 720p compresses better)
There wouldn't be much point broadcasting a 720p US outlet in 1080/25p (or 29.97p) in the UK unless that network was originating 1080i/p internally and cross-converting to 720p for TX (which is what lots of European 720p broadcasters do but I think fewer US networks do.)

So what do BT Sport ESPN do with the various "HD" feeds they get from local sports channels in the US for their baseball and NBA coverage?

I don’t think they do anything, it’s already converted to 1080i by the time BT get it, the cross conversion must be done elsewhere.
