So are you saying that the NC presenter isn't entitled to a break? That's what they get when the national bulletins are on!!
A few questions;
There seems to be many BBC News presenters who just present certain bulletins like ellie crissell. This must cost the licence payer a fortune for just a few hours/minutes work. Why does this happen ?
What is wrong with having World/News Channel presenters being on BBC 1 presenting the main news ? (rather than changing them before a BBC 1 News starts)
When is the messy looking NC set going to be changed ? It has gone down in history as the worst ever !
i.e. cheap, dated, distracting, fault ridden, confusing, small, tacky, gimmicky, the list could go on.
Does one person decide how these things look or is it done by a committee ?
Or did they take lessons from a programme in the nineties called 'The Day Today' - it was not real you know.
How much TV Licence money are these 'creative' people paid ?
When will the tired countdown be changed ?
Rather than having presenters and BBC news directors(!!?) posing 'action' shots, lets have some REAL not faked footage from the BBC.
Hopefully when the up and coming changes happen the BBC will keep Simon and move both Sophie's to a broadcast region where I cannot see them.
BBC News to cut 415 jobs
I presume the 830-11 and 2-5 shifts will be single headed...there will be no need for a early evening presenter either...I guess you could count both presenters of the 11-2 shift too as Victoria is coming in...
Surely they have to get rid of the presenter that just comes in to do the BBC One weekend bulletins (NC presenter can do it) and stop bringing in Ellie Crissell just for the 8pm update (unless she is gonna present this new strand aimed at younger viewers on the NC)
I presume seeing as Matthew has been moved to world the daytime schedule will see Simon am, Victoria lunchtime, Jane pm and Clive in the evening.
