That was from one of those crappy TV Theme CD's in the 90's - that version in particular was on the 'Blockbusting Themes' album by the 'London Theatre Orchestra'.
Ended up with a few different versions of it on the various CDs I bought in my youth hoping to find one with
actual
themes....
