Coming back at me with the negativity again, great one.

Dancing on Ice is a public voted reality show, would the public vote for him if they didn't like him? No. So the easiest equation for you to work out is votes = popular. Same thing with X-Factor votes = popular.

If the boffins at ITV/ITN thought that it would have been a better decision they would have made it. I'm sure they are a lot better people and not as negative/narrow minded as you are.

Give the guy a break.

Coming back at me with the positivity again, great one. Rolling Eyes

DOI votes does not necessarily = popular . Votes could mean the public liked his performance!

And your talking about the boffins at ITV/ITN who thought the relauched set/look of ITV News was good?

You say "Give the guy a break" - well if you'd actually read my reply properly you'd see that I put "nothing against him" and that he was a good undercover reporter - so I was actually being nice about him in part!

I give it until Friday before your banned from the site!

Why would I be banned? A forum is used for people to say their opinions and I am simply expressing mine. Your compliments do not fix the sheer fact that you have been compulsively negative throughout.

You're insulting TV personalities as well as the people behind the scenes.

Saying votes do not = popular is meaning to say that X-Factor winners should not prove 100% to be good sellers afterwards.

Jugalug is trying to say you're under the age of 18, I think. Suggesting you're part of the summer holiday influx of members whom the members that have been here a while hate.

joeyk9 How can you think that Donal is good at presenting. On many occasions he has messed up his lines, he doesn't come across to me as very comfortable and as many other forum members have pointed out he is not suited to the role of presenting alive show

Well people will get annoyed with your inane posts.

You say that a "forum is used for people to say their opinions" - well everytime I say mine i.e that I don't think that his that good on London Tonight, you say something along the lines of "being negative again", so therefore you trying to stop me from having my opinion.

How am i insulting TV personalitities and the people behind the scenes - for one, I'm talking about one person. Secondly i'm not insulting Donal ( i've said numerous times that his good at undercover stuff - hardly and insult) and i don't know where you get the fact i'm insulting people behind the scenes?

Also votes do not always = popular. Many X-Factor winners do not prove to be good sellers afterward one track.
Also, how can you say that people like him on a live news programme based on his popularity on a relaity show? Also DOI and The X Factor are completely different reality shows. Whilst DOI is good , XF is 10x as popular!

Yep, and for what it's worth, I don't believe him.

Can't say I'm surprised - he really didn't seem at all suited to the role.

It's been a very unstable year or so for the London Tonight presenter lineup.
