With glitter all over them and plastic hooks ontop Laughing I might stop trying to prove all this now. It's clear that we're not going to change the opinions of the scrooge-like one about all this. The facts are that it's a christmassy ident about one of christmas day's biggest shows... and yet it's somehow turned into a debate about what a christmas tree MUST look like, and how the Reindeer have small antlers... sigh...

Exactly! No matter what others will think the people behind this ident set out to make it Christmassy although it makes a change to hear people say the antlers are the wrong size rather than the TARDIS windows!!

I've seen a trailer this evening for Christmas-themed BBC Wales programmes on BBC One Wales - the endboard they've used is the 'wintry scene' from the rest of the Christmas presentation, with the programme details and the logo in red.

I guess it's similar to what they did for Wallace & Gromit where they removed the two characters and just did a slow zoom on the halfpipe setting.

Forgive me if I have missed this, but is there a 'serious' Christmas ident for the News etc, or will they just show the ident ready formed?
