Can’t help but wonder if ITV are setting themselves up for a tribunal claim here by not accepting what sounds like a pretty reasonable flexible working request by Pam.

Not on my part! Was more trying to suggest that I’m not sure any region I will go for a full time male-male or female-female partnership. GMB seem to be trying to avoid that now.

It would be pleasant to see an internal promotion at Tyne Tees with several long serving reporters (still) there.

Will anyone be recording Pam’s final show on Friday? I’m intrigued to see who pays tribute to her.
