Missing Presentation thread

Yeah, it was the 2006 Olympics. Hence the ident's inclusion in the yellow ident farewell montage the following year.

Lets see if we can Clean up this thread, and make it easier to understand. I have cut everything into section.
I dare say the list need cut even further. There is some important gems in this list.

Regarding Tyne Tees: I have said before that there was no "backwards ident" that I'm aware of. There was a promo from circa 1990 which featured the ITV89 ident played backwards (and it's around somewhere), but this was never used as an ident.

What exactly is missing from 1992-1994?
