But can run late since it just needs six week then a week of live show. Remember x factor is running late this year.

Are you referring to the 2017 X Factor? If so, where did you find that info? Smile

I don't know how true these rumours are but it seems that the usual start date for BGT of the second/third Saturday in April will not be followed this year, if they turn out to indeed, be true.

It seems as if May 6th is now the most likely start date due to The Voice Live Shows etc...

Has anyone else heard anything on this subject? May 6th start date for BGT would mean live shows would be pushed all the way back to a week in mid/late June! It'll seem strange.

I suppose ITV could try airing BGT and the voice together without any problems but the main problem there is do people really want to watch two talent shows straight after eachother? Probably not, that's where viewing figures could potentially dip.

Don't think that is right. Knockouts are weekend doubles (Sat & Sun) then there are the live performance shows. The Voice should be done by 15th April.

Saturday Night Takeaways 7 week run will be over by then too.

I thought the same as well, the "Express" online website states the Voice final is 29th April? Surely that seems a little too late into April. I dont know where they get their information from.

This is why I was against ITV having The Voice. When you consider they have X Factor, BGT and now The Voice the weekend schedules are very much similar most of the year with the same type of shows - auditions, judges, knock out stage, live shows etc with a very similar format for the 3 shows.

Personally I think the X Factor has had its day and has been going downhill the last few years. I think if they have The Voice now, why not just concentrate on that in the Autumn with BGT in the Summer as usual.

What has happened to Take Me Out this year? Apart from the 2 celebrity episodes we haven't seen it yet. This just proves there is not enough room for it all.

Don't know where the Daily Express have got that from, it doesn't add up at all, it's about as accurate as their weather front pages.

The Voice is expected to finish the same weekend as Saturday Night Takeaway does.

Then BGT will appear the week after, at the same time as normal, paired up with Take Me Out, which is the only show which has moved to a different time of year.

ITV are showing the TV series reboot of Lethal Weapon on Fridays at 9pm from next week. Perhaps I'm mistaken, but has it been a while since ITV had an import on in such a prime spot?

TBH, i've noticed a big pattern with this newspaper on ALL their headlines - none of them seem to be accurate one bit! E.G. I saw one once with Countryfiles' Matt Baker and John Craven where they were at a pub during the show. John was taking off Peggy Mitchell by saying "GET OUTTA MY PUB!" to Matt, for some fun. Express then made a mountain out of a molehill by saying "COUNTRYFILE THROWN INTO CHAOS AFTER JOHN CRAVEN SCREAMS AT MATT BAKER" It's just a way for them to lure readers.

One thing that's annoying me these days is that the tabloids watch all the main ITV daytime shows, and then create a click bait story from some throw away line. Used to be just the likes of This Morning, but now there is one everyday about The Chase.

Some jokey banter becomes a story "Watch as Bradley storms off the set after being insulted by contestant" or some such.
