UTV sell TV business to ITV

There's a big gaping hole before Corrie just now.

I guess it's better the final IVC is on Sunday with Julian.

ITV install trusted suit to ensure the downscaling goes smoothly.

I'm surprised there was no announcement at the end of UTV Live to say anything about the new look on Monday. Maybe they're going to wait until Sunday's programme.

Entirely possible and I would respect him for doing that if ITV wouldn't let him sign off the way he wants to.

ITV have either relocated to smaller premises, or downsized the current premises, for each of the regions it owns, and UTV was never going to be an exception.




This is effectively the beginning of the end for UTV. I can't really see how that is an "exciting chapter"

Hasn't Havelock House been too big for UTV for years though? I thought I'd read it was bound to happen sooner or later even if they'd stayed independent.

Yeah, haven't they got two large studios and only one of them is in use?
