Ruth did the voiceover at the start of today's show, ending with "...and me, Ruth Langsford" as she came out. I, for one, think it's better.

LOL. During that entire opening of The View with Barbara Walters on the throne, Whoopi Goldbergs' facial expressions are priceless. LOLz

Kaye Adams first day back as a panelist, however Ruth confirmed that Kaye will be continuing to head up the panel and I'm sure she said tomorrow.

Yes, Kaye is the lead presenter tomorrow.

I cought a few minutes of the show today, didn't feel right with kaye as a panelist. She's more suited to the presenter of the show.

I agree, though she is great for the show so if to have her on the show more, she has to be a panellist then so be it. I really do not understand why they didn't retain Kaye as a main anchor and make Andrea a full-time panellist.

It worked a bit with Kaye as a panelist, though she is better as lead presenter, but it was a brilliant line up of people with brilliant opinions and created good judgement with a bit of humour especially over the referendum.

I'm not sure about Ruth doing the voiceover, it could have been a last minute thing for Kaye replacing Gloria.

It's nice to see the view too. They've really gone after the same idea for the programme even down to the intro. It's a shame that itv didn't have the idea about the chairs around a coffee table to coincide with the new look - it seems to work well, and seems very homely.

Whenever the sofa is used, that segment of the show seems to be pre-recorded. Linda and Nadia interviewing Gareth Malone today was clearly recorded, they ran a VT and then the desk had disappeared and the sofa was there - in a matter of 30 seconds!

Nice to see they didn't gloss over the past and did cover Lynda Bellingham's news properly rather than a brief mention. A huge audience reaction with over 22,000 comments and 194,000 likes on the three posts related to her today.

Although probably the worst edited 'tribute' montage I've ever seen!
