BBC dramas....Break in the Sun, Breakpoint and Graeme's Gang. I'm sure Stephen Yardley ( Ken Masters in Howard's Way ) was in the first.
Let's start at the beginning...Break In The Sun starred Nicola Cowper (Rides, Casualty) as a teenager desperate to escape her new life with an abusive stepfather and run back to the safety of the old lady she and her mum used to live with. It was also the most recent acting role of Steve Hodson (Follyfoot). But she does not find her shangri-la; the old lady has died and stepdad tracks her down. It is described in "The Hill And Beyond" as one of the BBC's first moves into grittier youth drama.
A programme slide was on The TV Room, but now appears to have been removed.
Break Point - about a young tennis prodigy as I recall. Not to be confused with Breakthrough, showing at the same time, in which John Craven brought medical history to a young audience.

Graeme's Gang - sorry, you've stumped me!
I think Graeme's Gang was a more a comedy / drama effort like the later Jossy's Giants.
Two other comedies worth mentioning are Bad Boyes ( lovely pun there! ) and Gruey, the latter starring Kieran O' Brien of Burn It / Nine Songs. Series two was called Gruey Twoey.

What about the BBC's Sunday religious " treat " for kids - The Sunday Gang with the amusing Scottish mouse, Wake Up Sunday! with Dana, Knock! Knock! ( always seemed to feature Christoper Lillicrap ) and Umbrella
STOP- GO! The exciting See Saw programme about traffic and traffic signs. Lola Young narrated and Ben Thomas did a few. The best bit was the theme tune. Normally paire with " Gran " 'cause it only lasted ten minutes
I was a 90's kid... so what I watched aren't so forgotten.
Anyone remember Wizadora! Hah I used to watch that.
Rod Jane and Freddy, Button Moon, Zzzap, Rosie & Jim, Spot, Playdays, the HTV version of Rainbow, were ones which I seem to remember most vividly.
