Some changes this morning, Sunrise continues to be from the desk but Gillian is next to Stephen this time and they are taking turns to read the headlines.

I thought Sunrise would've finished too by now, but its now 10:30 and they both are still on air from the main desk.

Incorrect - they are guest-presenting the Brazier/Secker slot so it's a different format and par-for-the-course.

Oh yes I am sorry, I thought they had done Sunrise when I watched the 9 o'clock TOTH because I thought Sunrise went on till 10.

I see now that Eamonn and Isabel Webster

You may have got confused as Sunrise continues until 10am at weekends.

Is Sky News Tonight also now coming from the Sky News Centre, rather than Westminster? I only ask as it's coming from there tonight. I know they were at the SNC one day last week due to the the Millbank Power cut.

It seems like they are from the Sky News Centre again tonight.

Sky News Tonight looks very awkward tonight at the News Centre.

It seems almost that every thing is coming from that desk now, bad enough to lose the Sunrise set, now Westminster too!

They're clearly up to something, I don't buy this whole, editorial decision line.

They'll be back at Westminster shortly once it's been ascertained that a two-hour live programme can be sustained from there.

As to your last sentence... damn!... our plan for world domination has been foiled! Wink

Tragic irony that they are featuring a report about a shoebox house today?

I'm not sure you understand irony.

There's death and suffering in the world every day - on which Sky News reports - and yet a small pres change is what you see as tragic?!

OMG don´t take everything seriously what I am writing.

My point is that if you want to work in TV news - and I sense that you do - postings like that will, if transferred to real-world interactions, do you no good whatsoever.

I know this is a pres forum, but joke or not, if that's what you came away with rather than being impacted by the content of the journalism (the absurdity of a 150 sq ft house being sold for £275,000), then I would strongly urge you to re-examine your priorities.

I do write and think about the pres changes as this is a skynews presentation thread rather than about the content skynews covers (which is sadly mainly graphic these days). When I say "tragic" about the recent presentation change , don't take it seriously otherwise I have chosen the wrong word.
