Yep.
You had the original black and white titles that went through the city with the brackets appearing everywhere from August 1998.
In September 1999 along with SM:tv, cd:uk revamped, even though cd:uk's was the music and titles rather than set. These were the space like titles with all of the images that it went through.
And then in 2001, again with SM:tv's change in graphics and music, cd:uk changed their titles to basically what we have now, except a longer version of the titles.
