A personal opinion....

In this rain, the new style BBC Graphics have come into their own, the degrees of rain are shown very well.

I notice Chrissie Reidy did some ITV National Weather bulletins a few days last week

Jo Blythe is doing them again this weekend

Strange to see Chrissie doing a national forecast again - she's still scary.

I'm surprised they didn't use Jo Blythe last week up in Leeds for the National Weather last Thursday, as she did the early Yorkshire forecast that day.

I wonder if there's a pecking order for relief ITV Weather presenters if Martyn/Sian/Spiky Becky are unavailable - with Leeds and London at the top. It's a shame other local forecasters don't get a shot at network presenting - what would the national audience make of Bob Johnson? Or Charlie Neil? Or, heaven forbid, Frank Mitchell?!?
