Why not? AFAIK it was recorded at 1130 this morning.

Why not? AFAIK it was recorded at 1130 this morning.
Well, the World newsroom is busy with BBCNews 30mins every hour and Dateline London is a 50 mins programme.

Oh Gosh... David Eades and Mariam Moshiri together in the newsroom... I knew this dreadful couple was to pop on our screens sooner or later...

Well, the World newsroom is busy with BBCNews 30mins every hour and Dateline London is a 50 mins programme.
They only did a 25 minute version this week

I don't like them both... I don't usually criticise newsreaders, it's just that I find them very very plain.

48 Second countdown before the last toth, couldnt help but notice it was at least half a second out of sync, when it would beep, the second woud go down till around 1/2 a second later.

Has BBC World got some new equipment or have they learnt how to ues it properly?
Because for the first time since Dec 2003 I actually heard the countdown fading in to the headline bed, and there was no pause when at all when it changed from countdown to Mike in the set.
