A tad contradictory ...

So, a TOTH at 7.30? or atleast the opening titles with "This is GMTV with Emma Crosby and Ben Shepherd"

really strange move - I'm not sure I like it, not many people will like the main part of the show starting at 7.30.
I also notice we've got 'GMTV Today' back!

Could Cross Channel clear up any of this?

I wonder if this means the return of GMTV Today?

My EPG showing GMTV through until 8:35 where Lorraine takes over for GMTV with Lorraine. IIRC, hasn't GM.TV continued showing GMTV today on the site since the relauch?

I would post caps, but I didn't take any, new graphics aren't an improvement and the headline/main story GFX background slightly distracting.

Don't like. Very cheesy. Too much 3D flipping. Hope it grows on me soon.

Oh well, it's fun if you like a CITV look to your morning news...

The 7am intro was no better, except with the addition of a spinning 'glass effect' GMTV logo between items.

Perhaps it was there at 6am and I just shielded my eyes!

why no regional news today?

It's a Bank Holiday (except in Scotland) and so perhaps there is nothing happening in the English regions, Wales & NI.
All the local criminals and politicians have gone away for the day!
