It's worth mentioning that Ashes to Ashes has a special BBC One ident, that just got shown now. If only my laptop didn't break so I could cap it!

I wondered what was going on with that red strobing effect after Doctor Who so I thought leave the recorder going just in case. Nice surprise and the second programme themed ident after the Wallace & Gromit Christmas ident. Perhaps third if you include the red nosed hippos.

Hope they do more show themed Idents.

I'm surprised they haven't done a Doctor Who TARDIS through a vortex type ident. But I think it'll come.

Saw the 'bird's nest' Easter pointer today, nice to see the hatching egg version here. Been a while since Easter has been acknowledged in pres in this way.

Re: the the Ashes to Ashes ident, a pity they didn't go for a Futura globe symbol similar to what they did with Life On Mars S2, but I guess any special symbol was going to be in line with the trailer design as it was before, otherwise it'd probably be a bit disjointed.
