Does anyone know a cheaper UK Company website service?

Hello there,

I am looking to build a website for myself now. I have closed my other one down, I am looking to add a Photo section, Links page, About Me, Science Fiction Pages, Radio Sections. Guestbook and a Forum.

I am really wanting a UK Domain aswell
