I can't believe it!! NO! It is a total shame and a loss to the programme. So the rumours have come true that were mentioned a few months ago. I think Susan must of been told she was leaving. That Amanda is so wooden and there is no chemistry between Chris and her unlike with Susan. Does anyone know if Susan will continue with her Radio Show or even stay with the BBC?

Everybody needs a change in their work routine now and again.
A good time to to leave though; the shows a shadow of it's former self.
One dull report after another, press release after press release covered without ANY journalistic questioning. Seem to have forgotton some basic press skill - at least ask why, how, who's paying.
Its all very un BBC. Not relevent, not questioning, not distictive.
Points West is now inconsistant and directionless. Needs a new Editor (just ONE..) perhaps?
Had the shock the other day of watching ITV west news, the PW and finding ITV streets ahead...never though THAT would happen.

Susan Osman will be missed here in the West, I wonder where she is headed? Chris was a little lost for words come the end of the programme, tomorrow will be a right old tearjerker.
And as for ITV West News being better then Points West, if you prefer two robots with no emotion reading your news as if they are reading out of the Beano well you are welcome to ITV West news.
